These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the www.sampath-law.com website (“Website”) operated by SBLG, PLLC (“SBLG”) and apply to all visitors and users of the Website. Your use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms.

SBLG is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit without prior notice, and by continuing to use the Website after any changes, you are deemed to have accepted such changes. Choice of law and venue.
U.S. federal law or the laws of the State of Washington will govern all matters relating to the use of the Website, without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND SBLG’S SERVICES SHALL BE INSTITUTED IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT SITTING IN THE COUNTY OF CLARK, STATE OF WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY OBJECTION THAT YOU MAY HAVE NOW OR HEREAFTER TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OR TO THE JURISDICTION OF ANY SUCH PROCEEDING.
